The service was excellent, with staff always ready to help you find places of interest, and i loved the convenience of being just about 2 km from mushrif central park, perfect for a scenic weekend stroll. plus, with so many attractions nearby, my experience was really enriched by being able to walk around the city comfortably while staying at such a well-appointed hotel.

Water pressure on the 26th floor leaves something to be desired, making showers feel less refreshing. The sauna is cramped. if you find two people inside, you'll be waiting. Plus, getting a simple restaurant reservation turned into quite the hassle due to the weak inter-department communication, which could use some improvement.
